Day 1
- Stretch Circle and Morning Walk – with options of walk/jog and longer walk

- Breakfast of pancakes, turkey bacon and fresh fruit in Dining Hall followed by self-monitoring

- Internet Time
- Culinary Class: Learn to cook a delicious lunch


- Lunch of turkey reuben sandwiches with low-fat pasta salad and cream of broccoli soup followed by self-monitoring


- Snack of veggies, pita and hummus

- Club Hour – choose from activities such as Core Strength, 5K, Kickboxing, Dance, Basketball and many more

- Shower Hour
- Picnic Time! BBQ Dinner of chicken sandwiches, corn on the cob, coleslaw and watermelon slices followed by self-monitoring

- WELLSPRING SING competition (like American Idol)

- Snack of fat-free brownies
- Back to Dorms for lights out

Day 2

- Breakfast of Egg Beaters, Turkey Bacon, Toast, and Fruit, followed by Self-Monitoring



- Lunch of Chicken Fajita Wraps with Rice and Split Pea Soup, followed by Self-Monitoring

- Hiking the High Peaks—Adirondack Mountains Outing

- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Group Session

- Dining Out Challenge—put those new skills to work in a restaurant!
