

At Wellspring New York, we promise you’ll never be hungry. You’ll enjoy three meals and two snacks per day, as well as a variety of delicious “uncontrolled” (unlimited) foods at every meal.

Wellspring’s diet management program is unique, but after you experience it, you’ll ask: “Why doesn’t everyone do it this way?” Instead of restricting all foods and leaving campers hungry – an approach that is not sustainable after campers return home – Wellspring’s uncontrolled foods are available at every meal: fat-free yogurt and cottage cheese, tasty fruits, vegetables, salads with delicious dressings, homemade soups, and more.

We also spend a lot of time preparing the entrees (or controlled foods) so they’ll have the same flavors and textures as the foods you’re used to eating, only the ingredients are all very low-fat and they are prepared in healthier ways.
