Most Wellspring New York young women have experienced some level of nutrition classes, diet counseling, meetings with dietitians, custom diet programs, and the like.  Most of the young women who attend Wellspring New York are sick and tired of reviewing the food pyramid and discussing vitamins, minerals and the importance of moderation.

Young Women’s Weight Loss Camp

So instead of revisiting the same old stuff that hasn’t helped, Wellspring New York’s unique nutrition education program focuses on what’s crucial for weight loss and weight control. It leaves out all of the things you already know and emphasizes what is key to permanent success. Wellspring New York’s nutrition curriculum was developed by leading experts and has been continually improved by evaluating teaching and outcomes each year to train participants on what is actually needed for effective weight loss.

Our culinary classes provide hands on training for practical, real life situations that you will face upon getting back into your daily routine.
