Located on the beautiful campus of Union College in Upstate New York, Wellspring New York is a fun and exciting place for young women to make new friends, share a fantastic summer, get in shape, and lose weight. The campus is home to world-class fitness and training facilities, formal gardens, and miles of paved walking and biking trails. Wellspring New York is also within easy reach of the spectacular Adirondack Mountains and an amazing array of outdoor adventure opportunities.
Wellspring's campus has all the facilities you'd expect to find at a beautiful, modern liberal arts college. There are tennis, basketball, squash and racquetball courts, an indoor track and pool, gymnasiums for volleyball, floor hockey and other sports, weight training and fitness rooms, aerobic studios, playing fields, and miles of jogging and walking paths.

Campers are housed in College Park Hall, a spacious and beautiful building that underwent renovations in 2004 to convert it from a hotel into a dormitory. College Park Hall is fully air conditioned and features an indoor fitness facility, bathrooms in every room, private dining facilities reserved for Wellspring, and is home to the Campus Security Department, which is on-duty 24 hours a day. Typically, campers have one roommate of the same age, selected by Wellspring Directors and Behavioral Coaches on the basis of likelihood of developing a strong, supportive friendship.

Wellspring New York picks up campers at Albany International Airport (ALB) and the Schenectady Amtrak Station.
Wellspring New York is one of 12 summer programs around the world helping children, teens, young adults, and their families lose weight and learn a healthy lifestyle.
